A small clinic that is closing down. One department, Patient Records, holds its letters, and two platform administrators handle the legal hold that keeps them.
When an organisation stops using Munitas, it is closed in two stages of 15 days each. Its records can be kept for a legal case and handed over to the people who need them.
A small clinic is closing. Its data custodian starts the closing, and an ordinary member cannot stop it. A law firm asks that the records be kept for a patient claim, two platform administrators record and approve a legal hold, and everything is deleted only after the hold is released.
2. Harbour ClinicA court demands a patient's records from the clinic that is closing. One platform administrator asks for them, a different one approves, and the custodian named by the legal hold confirms what is included and names the patient, so that only that patient's rows leave. The platform builds a signed, encrypted package that the recipient opens with a passphrase.
